Our Lady Cavaliers and The Screaming Eagles of Seneca Valley had a very competitive 3 quarters of basketball last night! In the end, Jasia Oliver (22 pts) was too much for our young Lady Cavaliers. Kaylynn Bromell led the way with 27 pts (12/17 FT’s), Sydney Evans (5 pts) had 7 blocks and freshman Yasmeen Yussuf (6 pts) led the way on defense by limiting Oliver in the first half. Superb defensive effort. Some foul trouble, defensive rebounding and lack of scoring in the 2nd quarter hurt our young Lady Cavaliers in this contest.
